Font track is a fun and useful way to track fonts you encounter on the street to a map over time. Lets you be able to keep up to date with the trend of typography. Fill your font library!

Background
Font track is a fonts tracking application. It organizes and record data about typography on the street. Also, it is easy to use and can deliver to a wide age range of audiences.
Inspiration
Deep interesting in typography arts and branding inspires a lot of graphic works. Get out and exploring the city for the typographyb art work is the valuable resources for the designers.

CAPTURE
Use default camera to capture the street typography art.

Identity the discovery and log to your library.

KEEP TRACK
Continue collecting the fonts while widen the font knowledge.

Information
Architecture
The two major tasks are logging new discovery and full filling the library. User can simply log the information and sign in to their acccount. Map will be activate automatically while visualize the locations of existed logs. Clear directions by the icon representation will lead user to create the log on both map and list page. The library can be seen on both map and list page.

It is the time to walk around the find new fonts in the city! Exercise is one of the distraction to entertain ourselves while many actives were limited during the pandemic. Leave your shoe print after your font tracking.

Continue of the Project
The idea and first-generation design were on my note for a while, and finally, the pandemic let me have time to revise into cleaner UI and UX design. The idea of the Font track is for designers from a typography nerd. The future process, learning Swift to let this mobile app live on everyone’s device.
